Garance Goujard is an environmental engineer and a lawyer specializing in notarial law, real estate, construction and urban planning. After 10 years as an executive in a large construction and public works group, she launched her own consulting and expert services business in 2010, focusing on construction, real estate, urban planning, and the environment.
Passionate about consultation, she has been a « commissaire enquêteur » since 2004 and « Garante de la concertation » for the Commission Nationale du Débat Public since 2019.
She is also a legal expert (Court of Appeal of Nîmes), a former commercial judge (Commercial Court of Avignon), and a graduate in domestic and international arbitration law. These different approaches to litigation have reinforced her vocation for mediation: trained at the University of Avignon and then at Harvard Law School, member of the Académie de la Médiation, certified by the Institut Français de Certification des Médiateurs (IFCM) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Garance Goujard has been providing judicial, administrative, and conventional mediation services throughout France and its overseas territories since 2015. She will celebrate her 500th mediation in 2025.
