Garance Goujard is an environmental and planning engineer and a lawyer specializing in labor law, real estate, construction and urban planning. Over a period of 10 years, she held various positions in a major construction and public works group before setting up an independent consulting and appraisal business in 2010. She has also managed several real estate companies since 2000, and spent 2 years in charge of a French bank’s real estate portfolio.
Passionate about consultation, she has been an investigating commissioner since 2004 (more than 30 public inquiries) and a consultation guarantor for the Commission Nationale du Débat Public since 2019.
Garance Goujard is also a judicial expert (Nîmes Court of Appeal), a former consular judge (Avignon Commercial Court) since 2012, and a graduate in domestic and international arbitration law.
Trained in mediation and negotiation at the University of Avignon and then at Harvard, since 2015 she has provided judicial, administrative and conventional mediation of disputes in commercial, construction, real estate, urban planning and environmental matters, throughout France and internationally.
Garance Goujard is a member of the Académie de la Médiation, certified by the Institut Français de Certification des Médiateurs (IFCM) and the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
