Emilie Chataignier

Initially trained in Mathematics Applied to Social Sciences at the University of Paris Dauphine, Émilie worked for 18 years in investment banking, from France with international partners. As an analyst, trader and intermediary in the equity markets, she facilitated transactions and discussions between French-speaking institutional investors and US-listed companies.

She has also been trained in mediation and commercial conflict management as well as interest-based negotiation and practices as a court-appointed and contractual mediator with large and small companies. 

Convinced that power struggles are counterproductive in the long run, she ensures that everyone’s interests are respected and encourages creativity in the search for solutions, whether in the context of a transaction (deal mediation) or in the resolution of disputes.
