After studying law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and obtaining a Master 2 in civil and commercial contract law, Marie joined Paris Bar in 2015.
With nearly 10 years’ experience in business law firms in Paris and Toulouse, she co-founded Colen Avocats in 2022. She practices in the fields of business law and business criminal law, both as an advisor and litigator.
Marie trained in alternative dispute resolution and in particular negotiation and mediation with Thierry Garby (Resolvers), which enabled her to become a mediator in 2018 and to conduct several co-mediations with Claude Amar. She has also acted on several occasions as a coach, preparing student lawyers at the Paris Bar School for the international commercial mediation competition organized by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Through her activities as a lawyer and mediator, Marie has developed expertise in the resolution of contractual and commercial disputes in all sectors of business life (real estate, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, distribution, etc.), as well as in conflicts between partners. Marie works in French, English and Spanish which enables her to intervene in national and international disputes.
