is a group of mediators sharing :

MEDIATION & RESOLUTION mediators all have extensive experience in various careers: judge, lawyer, architect, diplomat, corporate counsel. They all have had extensive experience in mediation for many years (up to twenty). They have practiced mediation in the various domains of civil and commercial business: construction, estates, conflict between partners, debt collection, commercial leases, banking, insurance, professional liability, distribution, commercial agency, franchising, joint ventures, intellectual property, employment etc.

International experience

MEDIATION & RESOLUTION mediators have all had an international career. Some of them lived abroad. They all speak and are able to conduct mediations in at least two languages. They all are experienced in international mediation. This implies availability, open-mindedness and an understanding of the different cultures and laws of the parties when setting up the mediation process and when identifying the possible solutions and, finally, the implementation of appropriate means to secure the agreement between the parties.

MEDIATION and RESOLUTION mediators were all trained in mediation in several countries. Besides following continuous education programs, they regularly take part in practice analysis sessions, exchanges between mediators and in seminars and both in France in international conferences. They are all accredited by several mediation centres at the national and international levels. They are all certified by an independent body from mediation and training institute centres: the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and/or the French Institute for the Certification of Mediators (IFCM). This ensures that they provide the highest quality of performance for their services.

Mediation is the main activity of all MEDIATION and RESOLUTION mediators. They make themselves available as a priority for their mediation activities in order to meet the expectation of the parties in a flexible manner for the implementation of a fast, custom-made process, in the location and framework of the parties’ choice, and according to the rules which they choose, for example, a co-mediation or a med-arb (mediation-arbitration).

In fact they know that the satisfaction of those who prescribe their interventions, the parties and their lawyers, is a prerequisite for the development and the smooth running of their activities.

offers guarantees of skill and efficiency

For years, we have been regularly appointed by courts and courts of appeals, prestigious national and international mediation centres by large multinational groups and large law firms that recognize our skills as civil and commercial mediators.

We are asked to assess the skills of other mediators.

Some of us are well known trainers in negotiation and mediation.

We are recognized by our peers and professionals involved in the world of mediation.

We all have strong specializations in certain fields. We will not develop this here because we are not searching for expert missions. We are mediators. We want therefore to adapt ourselves to all circumstances, issues and cultural differences or approaches.

We know that we do not talk the same way to an artist, a legal director or to a large group or small business owner. Our job is to help all actors in economic life to interact with each other regardless of their origins, their training, their social levels and functions.

We share the following values:  intellectual discipline,  a sense of business, flexibility, imagination, a taste for agreement and harmony and a respect for differences.

We have a goal: the agreement. We are solution-oriented.

We are proud of our abilities and our results. This allows us to be strict about the process.

But we will remain humble in that only the views and interests of the parties matter. Our own ideas on the merits of the case will always yield to your own perception.

We will persevere as long as there is hope of an agreement, unless you stop us.
